After much thought I've decided that it's time for a change of name, here on dA. It's something I've been mulling over for a while now, so a new year seems as good a reason as any to implement change. When I first joined dA the thought of calling myself anything other than my given named seemed a little daunting, but the combination of my interest in Gothic architecture, coupled with a love of travel eventually led to my former identity as GothicBohemianStock.
Roll forward several years. Things change. I'm still passionate about Gothic architecture but continued ill health has curtailed a lot of the travelling I used to do, and whilst always something of a bohemian at heart I now spend more time pursuing various activities on the net than I do exploring new places. As I'm known as Ogham Moon elsewhere (due to my listening to wayyy to much Sieben!) it seemed appropriate somehow to tie everything together rather than have disparate ID's all over the place, hence the change.
I'm not sure if that makes a whole lot of sense to anyone other than me, neither does it really matter too much in the league of things but hey, I thought I'd attempt an explanation to try limit any confusion that may ensue.
Over the next few weeks I'm going to be doing a little 'spring cleaning' in my galleries - rearranging some of the folders, deleting some of the lesser used stock photos I have and maybe renaming some of the ones which have my old moniker in their title. I'm sure I'll probably miss a few though so my apologies if this again causes confusion.
One thing will of course, remain the same, and that's my;
Conditions of Use
1. Don’t use any of my photos in a manner likely to cause offence.
2. Don’t claim any of my unaltered stock as your own, nor include it in any type of stock packs without prior permission to do so.
3. Please don't use my photos for precuts which you later claim as your own.
Yes, my stock can be used outside of dA, either in a private or professional capacity, and may also be used to make up pre-made (as opposed to precuts!) backgrounds providing it has been considerably altered from the existing image. Just adding a filter, desaturating, or changing the colours of my original image is not an acceptable alteration.
If in doubt about anything, note me!
